Just in: Multiple Taxi Bus Accident Leaves 6 Dead in Limpopo

Major crash occurred on Tuesday, 03 March 2026, at approximately 15:30 on Matlala Road, just after the Bloodriver Bridge in Polokwane, Limpopo.

Two light motor vehicles and two minibus taxis were involved in a multiple-vehicle collision. The crash resulted in six (6) fatalities and approximately fifteen (15) injured persons.

The cause of the crash is currently unknown and remains subject to ongoing investigations.
