Just in: School Taxi Crash Leaves Children Dead In Durban
One child has sadly succumbed to their injuries following a serious taxi crash on Idolofiya Road in Mount Moriah this afternoon.
Reports indicate that a taxi transporting children from a local crèche overturned, leaving multiple children seriously injured.
Upon arrival of KZN VIP Emergency Medical Services, several of the injured children were already being rushed privately in vehicles to nearby hospitals. KZN VIP medics intercepted these vehicles and immediately began stabilising the patients before rapidly transporting them to medical facilities for urgent care.
The exact circumstances leading up to the crash cannot be confirmed at this time.
