Three suspects aged between 40 and 51 are expected to appear before the Mkobola and Nelspruit Magistrate’s Courts on charges of possession of stolen vehicles.
In the first incident, on 04 March 2026, members attached to the Middelburg Flying Squad, Nkangala District Anti-Hijacking Team, Nkangala District Highway Patrol and MP Tracker Connect, arrested two suspects after a stolen vehicle was found abandoned at Tweefontein K.

In a separate incident, on 03 March 2026, a 51-year-old suspect was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle after members received information from a vehicle tracking company regarding a stolen Toyota Hilux reported in Gauteng Province. The vehicle had been hijacked on the N3
Road in Heidelberg, and a case was registered at Heidelberg SAPS.
