Sad Day: Pinetown Taxi Accident Leaves Scores Seriously Injured
Just before 5 pm on Friday Afternoon ALS Paramedics responded to a serious Taxi Crash on Rudloff Road in Marianhill Park just outside of Pinetown.
Paramedics arrived on the scene to find chaos as they found multiple casualties who had been in the taxi, immediately multiple ALS Paramedics Ambulances were dispatched to assist.
Paramedics found a total of Eighteen people who had sustained various injuries ranging from minor to moderate and once all were stabilized on the scene they were transported to various Durban Hospitals for the further care that they required.
The roadway was severely affected whilst emergency personnel worked to clear the scene.
At this stage the events leading up to the crash is unknown however will be investigated by the necessary authorities.
