Breaking news: Manhunt after two people were gunned down in Muizenberg

Western Cape police have launched a manhunt after two people were gunned down in Muizenberg, Cape Town.

On Friday night, unknown gunmen arrived at the scene in Military Heights, Seawinds and opened fire.

Police spokesperson Ndakhe Gwala said that the suspects killed one man and wounded another.

“Two males aged 22 and 35 were standing on the street in Military heights, Seawinds and unknown men in a white VW Polo came out and started shooting. The 22-year-old male sustained gunshot wounds on his back and thigh. He ran and succumbed to his injuries a few metres away from the scene.”
