Just in: Two men killed in a shooting incident in the Osindisweni area of Verulam
Two people are believed to have been murdered following a shooting incident in the Osindisweni area of Verulam on Sunday morning.
KZN VIP Emergency Medical Services were dispatched to the scene after reports of a shooting were received.
Upon arrival, medics discovered two adult males who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Medical assessments were conducted by KZN VIP paramedics; however, both victims had sadly sustained fatal injuries and showed no signs of life.
Both victims were declared deceased on the scene.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting cannot be confirmed at this stage and will form part of the ongoing SAPS investigation. All emergency services were in attendance at the scene.
