An armed syndicate of 8 suspects, linked to a wave of house robberies, home invasions, rape and serious violent crimes, has been disrupted across Glenanda, Mondeor, Oakdene, Glenvista & Mulbarton.

The group has been terrorizing communities, targeting families in the early hours of the morning and focusing on properties along the golf course area.

Suspects were armed with firearms, with one repeatedly identified carrying a distinctive gold-colored
firearm.

Through coordinated intelligence-driven operations, our team, together with EMPD CLU and the Mondeor Trio Tracing Unit, successfully arrested 2 suspects. 6 suspects remain outstanding and are actively being pursued.

Unconfirmed reports from eye witnesses said that one of the suspects who tried to run was reportedly fatally shot

The arrested suspects will face multiple serious charges as investigations continue.

The suspects were also found in possession of stolen items, such as jewelery, foreign currency etc
