Mokoena stars as Sundowns top PSL standings

PRETORIA – Teboho Mokoena came off the bench to inspire Mamelodi Sundowns to a 3-1 win over Marumo Gallants.

With the scores level at 1-all, the Bafana Bafana midfielder replaced Miguel Reisinho in the second half.

Mokoena’s goals steered Masandawana to the top of the table.

Sundowns are now on 50 points, two ahead of Orlando Pirates, with both teams having nine matches remaining.
