Just in: Woman in critical condition after home invasion – Cragieburn, Kwazulu Natal

Earlier today IPSS Medical Rescue responded to reports of a person who was injured during a home invasion in the Cragieburn area on the KZN South Coast.

On arrival of paramedics a woman was found to be in a critical condition after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds during a home invasion.

Reports from the scene indicate that the intruder gained access to the woman’s home after posing as a delivery driver.

The woman was stabilised on scene before being transported to a nearby hospital under the care of an IPSS Medical Rescue Advanced Life Support paramedic.
