The South African Police Service (SAPS) recently welcomed a new group of highly trained individuals into its elite Special Task Force (STF). This commendable event took place at the SAPS Tshwane Academy, where the new operators were presented with their wings by National Commissioner General Fannie Masemola and General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
