Head-on collision leaves scores seriously injured on the N8 close to

Priority-Care Ambulance Service was dispatched early Thursday moning to reports of a head-on collision on the N8 close to Mandela view in Bloemfontein.

On arrival crews found that a minibus transporting patients had collided with a vehicle causing the minibus to overturn.

Emergency services from Mangaung Fire and Rescue. Er24. Netcare911. Prioritycare. Maponya911 and FS EMS arrived on scene and quickly triaged the multiple patients. Sadly one occupant sustained fatal injuries. Patients was transported to various hospitals with moderate to serious injuries.

The exact cause of the accident is under police investigation.
