Just in, Driver killed in a rollover crash on the R21 in

A male driver has died after his vehicle lost control on the R21 shortly before the Voortrekker road off-ramp in Kempton Park this morning.

It is reported that the driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with the roadside barrier.

The Ekurhuleni Emergency Management Services says there were no other occupants in the vehicle. The driver was assessed by paramedics on scene and declared deceased.

He was later transported to the Germiston Mortuary after being taken by the Gauteng Forensic Pathology Services.

The Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department attended the scene and the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
