JOHANNESBURG – Advocate Nomgcobo Jiba takes the stand. She was acting National Director of Public Prosecutions.

Jiba was appointed Acting National Director of Public Prosecutions and held the position until 4 August 2013.

Former senior deputy director of public prosecutions in the Priority Crimes Litigation Unit, Advocate Raymond Macadam, said in an affidavit that the Cradock 4 dockets went missing after they had been taken into her office.

Macadam says no investigations on the Cradock Four docket occurred between 2013 and 2019.
