A handwritten letter from Jermaine Prim — a former cellmate of tender kingpin Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala — that was presented in Parliament has been REVEALED.
It was handed over by KZN Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, and details claims Matlala allegedly made while in prison about political connections, tenders, and money.
Here’s the key part of the letter:

The claims mention President Cyril Ramaphosa, tenders linked to Thembisa Hospital, and Babita Deokaran.
Mkhwanazi said some parts match known information, but noted the letter comes from a prison source.
Prim also says Matlala claimed he was close to the Ramaphosas and was involved in moving items like couches and other goods to Phala Phala.
What do you think about all this?
