Top ANC Fixer In Serious Trouble
Mogotsi’s testimony will mark the return of the committee’s hearings after a brief break due to the opening of Parliament and a busy schedule.
The committee met on Monday to discuss its witness list after it was granted another extension to the end of March.
Mogotsi has now agreed to come before the committee to give evidence on his links to Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala and the disbandment of the Political Killings Task Team (PKTT).
“As you can see, the name Brown Mogotsi is there. He is arriving this afternoon by 2.30pm. So, he will be appearing in person tomorrow,” said evidence leader Advocate Norman Arendse.
Mogotsi’s appearance is expected to be followed by O’Sullivan’s appearance on Thursday, but the committee expects to spend just a few more hours with him.
