Motorists, please be advised to approach with caution on the R579/R37 Junction in Lebowakgomo.

A tanker transporting dangerous goods lost control at the junction and overturned, causing a spillage on the road. The lane to Polokwane is currently closed due to slippery conditions.

Disaster management officers are on the way to the scene with sand to cover and absorb the spill. Traffic officers are directing motor vehicles to use one lane.
