Two seriously injured following a collision in Eastern Cape

Two people were injured earlier this evening after a taxi from Tzaneen reportedly crashed into the back of another taxi that was offloading passengers at Myakayaka road, near the Burgersdorp four-way.

It is alleged that the stationary taxi was busy offloading when it was struck from behind.

The driver and one passenger sustained injuries and were rushed to Dr CN Hospital for medical treatment.

Investigations into the cause of the crash are underway.
