Tragic News: KZN Woman Fighting for Life After Armed Robbery
KZN VIP Emergency Medical Services were flagged down by a passerby who requested immediate medical assistance for an injured female following an armed robbery.
The victim is believed to be very popular in her community as locals are very angry over the said inceident.
Upon arrival, KZN VIP medics established that the female had sustained a serious stab wound to her arm after being attacked by an African male suspect who robbed her of her belongings.
It is believed that the victim was working in the area together with other municipal workers when she was attacked.
The suspect fled the scene on foot into nearby dense bushes. Members of SAPS, together with KZN VIP Reaction Officers and other security stakeholders, immediately began searching the surrounding area for the suspect.
KZN VIP medics stabilised the patient on scene before transporting her to a nearby medical facility for further medical treatment.
KZN VIP urges members of the community to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to authorities.
