6 year old girl bites suspect to escape alleged
6-YEAR-OLD GIRL BITES SUSPECT AND ESCAPES ALLEGED SEXUAL ATTACK
On Thursday afternoon in Waterloo, KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), South Africa, a 6-year-old girl was allegedly dragged into nearby bushes by a man who attempted to sexually attack her.
The child managed to bite the suspect and call for help. Community members and witnesses heard her, rushed to the scene, intervened, and apprehended the man on the spot.
The suspect was held by the community until authorities arrived. He sustained injuries during the apprehension by the residents.
The girl escaped the alleged attack and is reported to be safe. The suspect was detained and handed over to the police
