Breaking: Another Top SAP Chief In Trouble to be arrested

Lieutenant General (Dr) Molefe Isaac Fani, the SAPS Divisional Commissioner for Supply Chain Management, has apparently been formally served with a Notice of Intention to Suspend under SAPS Discipline Regulations.

Sources have confirmed this.

The move follows findings by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) linked to his previous role as Acting Chief Procurement Officer at National Treasury.

Several police officers have already been charged for the Vusi “Cat” Matlala multi-million rand contract .

It’s expected more arrests could follow.
