Homeowner lit up 3 armed thieves with an AK-47 when they tried breaking into his house.
A viral post on x shows a night-vision security footage of three suspects attempting a home invasion in Florida, followed by Escambia County Sheriff Chip Simmons stating the homeowner used an AK-47-style rifle in self-defense and will face no charges.
This is footage from a April 2025 incident in Escambia County where armed intruders entered a home, leading the resident to retrieve and fire the rifle to protect himself, consistent with Florida’s Castle Doctrine and Stand Your Ground laws.
