Anti Immigration Activist NGIZWE MCHUNU Is Serious trouble with Malema
NGIZWE MCHUNU ORDERED TO PAY LEGAL COSTS IN MALEMA CASE
A Gauteng court has ruled that comments made by Ngizwe Mchunu about Julius Malema were defamatory and unlawful.
The court reportedly ordered Mchunu to stop making similar remarks about Malema and also ruled that he must pay the legal costs, including Malema’s lawyers.
Mchunu has been given until 19 May 2026 to appear in court and explain why the ruling should not be made final. A decision regarding money-related damages is still expected.
